1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to addresses within Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 working days

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Free delivery may be offered for orders above a specified purchase amount.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

6. Undeliverable or Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery of returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays & Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs inspection, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
